This course is an introductory study of Property & Casualty insurance. This course

conditions and exclusions.

IS 102 - Auto & Property Insurance Product Knowledge
This course focuses on the study of property protection, especially dwelling and
homeowners insurance. Understanding the definition, conditions, features, structure,
coverage and provisions of standardized policies is also analyzed.

Property & Casualty Licensed Agency Support Certification
Prerequisite: Non-licensed Agency Support Certificate

Required Courses:
IS 200 - Commercial Insurance I
This course explores the fundamentals of commercial property insurance and the
fundamentals of ocean and inland marine insurance. Critical evaluation and analysis
of the topics is also included.
1 Session, 4 CE Credits

IS 201 - Commercial Insurance II
Commercial Insurance II examines the dynamics of crime insurance, surety bonds,
workers compensation, and miscellaneous commercial insurance. When appropriate,
popular ideas about these topics are discussed and evaluated.

40 Hour Property & Casualty Pre-licensing Exam Preparation
This course is designed to prepare individuals for the State of Alabama
Comprehensive Property & Casualty Exam. Test-taking skills and strategies,
essential test materials, useful resource materials and full-length practice exams
are also utilized to prepare for successful completion of the State examination.
1 Session, No CE Credits

Life & Health Licensed Agency Support Certification

Required Courses:
IS 300 - Principles of Life Insurance
This course provides an introduction to the principles of risk and risk management.

This course examines Other Life Insurance products especially Term Life Products.
